CTR was started by Chris, a hands-on roofer who built the company one project and one referral at a time. He’s still closely involved in day-to-day jobs, making sure every roof meets the same standard he’d expect on his own home. When you work with CTR, you’re not dealing with a distant owner or a rotating crew—you’re working with a local team that knows Central Florida roofs inside and out.

In Florida, some companies “rent” or borrow a roofing license while someone else actually does the work. We don’t operate that way. CTR Roofing is fully licensed and insured, and the qualified professionals on the license are the same people overseeing your project from inspection to final clean-up.

We’re not storm chasers and we’re not interested in high-pressure sales. If you need a roof, you need a roof. Our job is to give you honest information, explain your options in plain language, and build a system that holds up to Central Florida’s heat, rain, and storms.
